I walked early in the Sunday afternoon west from Papineau station to Berri-UQAM along rue Sainte-Catherine, the main artery of Montréal’s Gay Village. The partying was over, but the neighbourhood looked to be in good shape, as lively as I’d expect–for instance–Church and Wellesley to be at the same time of day.
